Am I the only person that thinks "1 season of top flight football in 40 years Blackpool" are a smaller club than palace? Holloway is a carrot crunching clown who overachieved with them, got QPR promoted from a league they were far to big for, after getting them relegated, took Leicester down to league one and did nothing with either Bristol Rovers or Plymouth. Idont get why he's so highly thought of, other than for the odd amusing soundbite.

What has "Gus" done for you? (winning the league 1 title!!!) not sure what division that is as we have not been there for over 30yrs, Gus will be gone by January as he dont like you and you are starting to think hes shit, guess what.......................were are on the up with a great manager appointment are you are being left behind yet again :D, Murray missed a penalty today, but still scored 2, how does CMS do when he misses a pen? LOL

Oh dear. Who taught this fuckwit how to use a keyboard? Did you dictate that post to your probation officer? Gus kept us up in his first season, won the league over two sides with far higher budgets in his second and guided us to finish ABOVE YOU in his third. Bet that hurt.

And you do know that CMS scored 2 yesterday and missed a penalty? Or did your probation officer not read you out that bit?

I don't understand this at all. You had less away fans? they had less away fans? who? what?

Holloway said at ht that the performance so far had given him goosebumps ! today was the best performance that i can remember for many a year and i just hope we can maintain it for a bit longer . The game is drawing ever nearer and it should be a cracker .

How many times? HE.WAS.OUT.OF.CONTRACT - You didnt 'get' him from us, he was a free agent and chose to take the signing on fee Palace offered. He was a moody fucker that didnt get on with anybody and Gus didn't try too hard to get him to sign a new contract. Our loss your gain, players come and go, you'll find that out soon enough in January when Zaha leaves.

There were signs last season that the bookies were wrong and Palace had a better side than the odds indicated. The fans and bookies don't seem to be convinced quite yet.

Both Murray and Macca are at the peak periods of their career and there is not much to choose between the two. Ashley Barnes is five years younger and is expected to get a bit better with more experience.
