Yikes
Ye he suffers from alopecia so he probably lost all his hair in a matter of weeks.
Had a friend who went through the same thing, couple of years younger than I am. Happy guy, normal hair, normal life. Bam, one month later not even eyelashes.
Nothing to do with heroin however, its just a disease.
Whats next in your "haha look how ugly he is" pocket? People going through chemotherapy?
(I except the "here we always enjoy making fun of people looking a bit odd because of some disease, you just dont get British humour" answer)

I’m not mocking his alopecia at all. There’s a lot more going on with the state of him than just hair loss. Take a look at Duncan Goodhew; he’s suffered the same but looks good.
Ahem, I recall a comment not too long ago from a poster describing the Swansea manager Steve Cooper as ugly.

You can totally get away with hard drugs, drink and late nights & lack of exercise in your 20's... after that though, your body must be a temple, otherwise you'll turn into a fat gammon faced potato monster.
