I thought the ref was a bit harsh booking him after just two minutes. The Reading boys were looking to take advantage of his lack of experience.

He was thrown in against the best team in the division when he clearly wasn't good enough. I agree the ref was harsh to book him so early (and his second was a diver by that ginger wanker) but over the course of the game he did enough pulling, shirt holding and general fouling to deserve the red. It wasn't his fault, he just wasn't good enough.
