last night i was out in Eastbourne, bumped into Joel Lynch (not literally). Must have been gone 11, wonder what state he will turn up for training today?

I doubt that he will be training until his calf muscle has got better. He will be having medical treatment instead.

I recognized old Ken Bennett on platform 4 at Brighton Station last week. He scored that lovely volleyed goal to defeat Reading 1-0 back in January 1952 -- but he's lost a bit of that once familiar athleticism.

Big Mich lives in Haywards heath, I used to see him at OHH (dolphin) nearly every Friday picking his son up from MY football coaching session!

Now that is an example of a son playing football because their dad wants them to!
