Just over a week ago; many users were incredibly optimistic perhaps even slightly complacent. However that isn't my issue. My issue is that how so many users can be hippocritical is beyond me, i'm not naming names as this is generally the rule of the thumb: How many of you pledged your support to Slade through think and thin, and after just two league games some are even debating whether he is the man to take us forward! Just take a look at the current first page of the big board, there isn't a single thread containing any sort of support. Okay Murray was a bit of a fool to commit the deed which he did; i think Murray has become a bit of a scapegoat for some people, who are bewildered why we aren't flying high. I don't particularly want to reiterate what so many have said; however we virtually are a new side, and i can't understand how anybody after two league games can criticise a player for a "bad" performance, it's the same concept as starting at a new job, you're reluctant to come out of your shell for a while. I know many, including myself genuinely believe we could do a superior job as manager at times, But i genuinely believe Slade is the man to take us forward, so why don't you all who aren't already: cut the team some slack for a while, and i'm not saying for a prolonged period, but seriously two games is nothing. Lets truly get behind the team, come on! :albion1:
