Probably his.

He went down when [think it was September or October], so no reason why it's not his.

Not that I am defending him, but how the hell is this McCormick's fault? The media don't have to print it so it is their fault. Your reaction is idiotic and an example of why tabloid papers print this stuff, so people like you over react.

bullshit, he's an absolute twat for doing what he did, but no one has a right to say whether he can have kids or not. Tabloids are dragging the family through this, not him. They should just let it lie and let everyone try and move on..

By my calculations 'the deed' would have been done in June so why should there be any disputing the father, if indeed there is. Why shouldnt his girlfriend have a baby if that is what they/she wants. I agree it is the shit journalist who are to blame for raking this up and trying to cause a sensation it has nothing to do with the crime that he was sentenced for other than to cause the other parents distress as that woman cannot have any more children. So whose side is the journalist on and to whom is he/she doing a favour.

No I didn't say or think his partner or indeed him shouldn't have kids .......but its easy enough to keep a pregnancy discreet insn't it . We did when announcing it would have been insensitive to our friends .

Yes easy enough when you're just a run of the mill 'Joe Bloggs' but when there is a public interest angle, it isn't unheard of for information to be leaked to the press by someone who chooses to breach trust in return for a few quid in their pocket provided by the red tops (doctor's receptionists for example)

I heard the baby is a boy and they're going to call him Carlos.

I cannot see how this being in the paper is his fault. His g/f is pregnant. They were obviously trying for or at least the dead had been done before the crash.

Given the level of the red tops, if it had not come out now, when she had the baby he / they would have been accused of keeping it secret.

Blame the press not the him or his family.

Now there's a Freudian slip of the fingers - I think you mean 'deed'
