ASMS was great for factual stuff, particularly match reports...Gulls Eye was good for irreverent humour and undoubtedly served as a clarion call to fans during the dark days.

I voted for Scars and Stripes - well done Darren!

A quality read, and superbly put together. I'm biased though, I know the editor.

Fanzines have to reflect the mood of the club and the needs of the fans at the time. Gulls Eye and Scars & Stripes were both great but for different reasons. The Eye shades it though. I believe The Eye also holds the distinction of being sued by one of the more incompetent (though in retrospect not the worst) Albion management regime in recent times.
