I'm def a tradionalist and the cup final is the biggest game of the English football yr. Wasn't a classic but still enjoyed it. Good to see Gordon Banks before the game just talking about England's number 1 (Hart) and how it is the greatest honour - so true, just wish some modern players would have that attitude.

its a shame 300 odd million pounds was the reason man city won it... however that is the way footy's going i suppose. I was more impressed with man utd's 19th title. Ferguson is incredible. still winning even with the 'big' spenders chelsea/city around.

A bit harsh on City there I think. They looked a decent team today. Stoke on the other hand deserved nothing, they employed negative tactics that never gave them a chance of winning.
