With all this other stuff flying about i thought i`d spread some good news.

Became a grandad exactly on the 7.15 whistle of the game last night.

Can`t wait to get down the shop and buy some pink and white baby stuff.

Had to record the game and watch without knowing the score until 2.30 in the morning.

Amazing feeling. I became a G'dad 8 times over just before Xmas and the eldest is 16. It's much different to bringing up your own and you become so special in that kids turn to you for help, love & advice.

I only knew one of my grandparents but I really enjoy my role now.
