During Covid Danny heard about a young lad in whitehawk who’s father passed away and was really struggling. Danny arranged to meet him and spend some time with the lad each week. Danny lost his father young also.

He continues to meet the lad to this day and has done this outside of club or foundation and without any publicity.

I love Welbeck, really important contribution despite never being the main man.

He's scored exactly 6 league goals in each of his first three seasons with us and is now on 4 for this season. I have become slightly obsessed with him getting six again.

Probably desperate to avoid writing anything about Liverpool winning or going top and wrote the first thing that popped into his head.
I remember him doing the text commentary on a late-ish season Man City game a few years ago and it largely consisted of him writing "oh come on City! Ooooh so close!".

Unsung hero for that second. We were unlucky not to score and keeper was nowhere but rather than shoot with a defender in front of him and back to goal, he fed Minteh. Superb Danny.

I would offer him a 3 year contract extension at this stage. If anything, he's improving. I understand the point it's not my money, but how much would we have to pay to bring in a striker who can do what he does for us? And maybe the better question is, would it even be possible to find one realistically signable.
