I can't see him leaving you given the contract he is on.

He left us TEN years ago, and has scored FIFTY SIX goals in the last ten years, which is hardly prolific, so why have back a crock who is not finding the back of the net, and is on £50k a week at his current club?
All rumour and speculation but there are reports he may be paid off if he goes for this op. His contract is up at the end of next season. Don't know if we can make a claim on the insurance for this.

He had the chance to come back but wages got in the way. Too old, too injured now.

its like this...

some hot girlfriend years ago left you for some richer men...........then 10 years later she wants you back, she has lost much of her looks, and is more expensive.

Would I be happy to read that he was coming back here? Of course I bloody would, it's Bobby Zamora.

That said, would I prefer to remember him as he was for us and simply hope that we get QPR in the Cup down here so he can get the Amex ovation he deserves? Yes.

Some things are of their time and are better left there.

That sums it up for me also. I would prefer to retain the memories of that that magical first Withdean Championship season.

No club has ever let him play the way we did. Sadly he's too old and too knackered for what we need. Spend the money on a younger, fitter player. Cherish the memories of BZ in the blue & white. Wouldn't want him to tarnish that. If he wanted a coaching job, well that's a different story....

Ulloa is the present and future of our club! That said, I would not begrudge Bobby a place on our bench either in the Premiership or Championship. Harry Redcrap has had a lot of good things to say about Bobby this season. I think he would be a great back up for Leo and could make a difference in 15-20 games next season. We should sign a back up to Leo (who does not have to be Bobby) who can perform a similar function because at present, we have no one.

He's been struggling all season with injuries and . He has stated he doesn't really enjoy football. As much as part of me would love to see him banging in the goals for us, I think that has been consigned to history.

Absolutely what he said!!

Zamora can do one. Playing for a tinpot club like QPR is frankly an embarrassment. We've moved on, the world has moved on.
