Think they changed the test to include individual driving in October. That's when I had my test, was told I was one of the first of the new test. I had 10 minors passed first time how many hours of lessons did you have?

Well done, happy motoring. I nearlly crashed on my first test, the examiner nearly crapped himself, mind so did I. Still I passed third time and now they let me drive as fast as I like with blue lights

Congrats. Very few things in life have given me a smile like when i passed my driving test. In fact only losing my virginity, winning £3,500 in a footy bet, picking up the keys to my first house and my son being born, have given me the same kind of pleasure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had 30 hours of lessons. In the test I was bricking it but as long as you can follow main signs easily then the new test is probably better as there is only 1 maneuver to do, due to individual driving bit. The individual is only for 1 minutes or so.

My Individual was following road signs, and then he gave me a map to follow.
I had 35 hours ish...And also had 2 EXAMINERS on my test! One being a newbie.

I would just say to stay calm, and believe in his ability, he is capable of doing it as his instructor wouldn't have put him in for the test otherwise.
