There's loads of BHA's around. I think you can get them from about £150 + transfer, but S16ULL is about the best i've seen to date.

Look on the DVLC website, see if they have it there, however as it isn't a low number or something like 555 or 111 I suspect it has already been issued...it is probably on something like a tractor or a bus in Rotherham.

F plates were originally issued in August 1988 , its an old style reg , not a new post 51 one . cherished ones numbered 1-20 and were released at a later date (2001 on i believe)

Its short a letter to be issued ever again in the UK.
Tried a HPI check on it and its showing as unissued.
IIRC, it used to belong to an Albion fan for several years (maybe even an old BHA director) but was snapped up by a WBA fan some time ago.

Surely you just pay the £80 DVLA chane of registration fee & it goes to the new car? J40 BHA is now on its second car
