Drink fluids, and if you really want to feel well - drink that hydrating salt stuff that you buy in chemists.

Also, avoid dairy products, and try a bit of dry toast when you feel ready to.

Don't tempt fate, sir! I remember saying the same thing in hospital not 10 minutes before discovering I was allergic to morphine. The next hour was spent making up for all those lost chundering years.

I survived the night but something is a miss as I slept from 11.30 -10.15 solid. Woke up feeling grotty but slightly better, had 2 slices of dry toast. Stomach has a achey knawing feeling. My girlfriend is making a Lamb roast this afternoon and her Mother is coming over. I will risk it but to spray her Mother like Mr Creosote from Monty Python may now go down well. It could be an interesting afternoon. I will keep you posted as it could go either way. Its on a knife edge really.

I am pleased to say that the Lambs dinner eaten at 3pm has stayed down and the girlfriend's mother has not been sprayed. I hope it was a 24 hour thing and am back to almost fighting fitness, thanks for your concern. The final verdict says the Tiger Prawns are the most likely culprits.
