I have a few thoughts on today if anyone is interested

7) Cox should take the free-kicks, or Forster.

10) Imagine if all our fans had 'squeeky bums' for the Stockport game, when the team could use the lift of unbridled enthusiasm?
They have been undefeated in several games at THE key time in the season, won 10 points out of a pos. 12 on the road!

13) Your glass is half empty ALL the time. Try topping it up occasionally.

9) Next week. MASSIVE massive game. IF we stay up, I hope there are no laps of honours or any of that shit. I will be clapping Loft, Owusu, Hart, Dicker, Borrowdale, Fraser I suppose and Slade - they deserve the applause for dragging us out of this, the rest of them have been nothing short of a disgrace all season.

No Whing? No FDM?

While agreeing that a lap of honour would be OTT, there should be some sort of acknowledgement that the current set of players have helped us out of a massive hole, and I'm sure at least some of the players would welcome a chance to acknowledge the supporters. Some kind of post-match gesture in the centre circle maybe, irrespective of the result?

I totally agree. Of course it has been a very disappointing season, especially given the level of expectancy at the beginning. Most people have been frustrated by bad decisions made off and on the pitch which have caused this season to go downhill. However, I really believed after the Swindon game there was no way back for us. Since then I have been really pleased with the efforts of the team and I'm really grateful that we have a lifeline. Yes, I have been frustrated, angry and disappointed with most of the players and management this season but if we do avoid the drop then I for one will be cheering them like heroes purely for their efforts in the last few weeks. Up the albion!

I agree with that.

If we do stay up, Slade should do a lap of honour on his own, with his Churchill-like salute the whole way round.
