A weekend of dullness awaits. Mrs P working today so I've got the delights of housework and food shopping to do. She's then out with the girls tonight so I'm probably going to be billy-no-mates-home-alone, and to top it all off tomorrow, I'm being dragged round the big M&S at Holmbush clothes shopping.

Roll on Monday :lolol:

They didn't used to be so dull when the international games were actually PLAYED on the Saturday. I hate FIFA/UEFA/whingy premiership managers.

A little nap soon beckons, then off to Mayfair to watch a German film called Lore, and walking over the river to the BFI to see a Japanese film called The Samurai That Night. Snacks will be included. Looking forward.

Played golf this morning at Royal Ashdown then off to Football training in a minute, then party tonight. The positive of being a student. The negatives- my economics essay which I'm regularly putting off on the why the BAE merger failed. Ill do it tomorrow for sure.

1-0 to the mighty 'Port at half-time.

I;m sure I've seen the reason why sometime in the past but for those of us in the dark can you explain your love of Newport County please?

Between the ages of 5 and 12, I lived within walking distance of Somerton Park, saw my first football there, became a regular ... and you never lose that 'til I die feeling.

Alternatively ... who wouldn't want to be a glory supporter of a team that's currently SIX POINTS CLEAR at the top of their league?

So what are you up to?

Shopping to get credit with the Mrs?
Working?
Chores to get credit with the Mrs?
Lazing about?
Going to non league?
Something else?

You forgot to add:

"Go on the internet and fabricate a story about another team"

(Funny how your other thread was started today when you've obviously got nothing else to do. Or just a coincidence? :moo:)
