What possible reason is there to miss 3 tests?

1, OK, but even that stretches the imagination for a professional athlete who knows - or should know - how important it is.

2, I just can't see why she would miss the second unless there was some breakdown in communication that I'm unaware of.

But 3? Come on! I'm all for innocent until proven guilty but this is stretching credulity to breaking point.

The whole thing stinks.

I think they made the right decision with Chambers and frankly I don't see the difference. If we are serious about getting drugs out of athletics what possible justification can there be?

Sends the wrong message, IMHO :nono:

Is exactly the point. Missing 3 drugs tests when you know your career depends on it is undefendable and the whether she did cheat or not she will always be tarnished by it. Sounds to me like the only reason she got let back in was that she said she'd compete in the Olympics for someone else if we upheld the ban

Oh, I see. You mean she's not very British?

eh? That's certainly a novel extrapolation. Cetainly not how I read Skint Gull's post. You're aware that it's piss easy to represent any old country in the Olympics? How else would you explain Brazilians representing Georgia?
