Look, I'm having quite a bad day today, and some of the comments on here are quite hurtful.

I wasn't asking anyone to critique the way I looked. That's not fair, and I would never dream of being as harsh to ANYONE else on here.

For the record...

I was wearing about four layers including a thick parker jacket because it was cold. I am not fat despite what some of the pricks on here seem to think.

Plus I was in the middle of eating a burger FFS! Hardly the most flattering way to photograph someone is it?

I don't think it was a fair representation of me. So for everyone who has mad my really bad day a hell of a lot worse, here is a pic of me on holiday in Nice with my mates late last year. (I'm the one on the right by the way.

This will probably make the horrible people on this board even worse, but I think it's only fair I defend myself in light of some pretty nasty comments.

still fat and ugly mate

not really, that photo in the argus is a tad harsh on you!

My commiserations, Bright. Every picture of me is HORRIBLE which is why I try and avoid cameras that I'm not controlling.

But it comes to something when a chap can't have a quiet pre-match snack without it making front page news. It's not as if you were eating a boiled baby burger.

Although on second thoughts, it was bought at Withdean, wasn't it?

Believe me, if I'd have known they had been taking that picture I would have hid behind the seat or something. :lolol:

When did you get into the ground. i CAN'T BELIEVE IT WAS EARLY ENOUGH FOR A PICTURE LIKE THAT. That picture cann't have been taken last night. Surely its too dark, even by six o'clock( and its 6.20 now, which is an hour and a half before a 7.45 kick off, and it is pitch black out there) to have that amount of light in an image un;less the Arsegas are using infa red cameras
