Feel better soon!

Some little scrote went through the children's cemetery and smashed up all the head stones and vandalised all the toys/flowers and stuff. Didn't touch ours, but I feel dreadful for the parents it does effect. Not just one or two either, the whole rows :(

If Paddy caught said scrote, do you think he would ACTUALLY kill him?

I think in your shoes, I just might.

Quite possibly. And I'd probably have a hard time being mad with him if he did.

It's just so senseless. What do they gain from doing that? A lot of people leave toys and stuff up there that they could steal or whatever, but no, they just smashed the whole lot up.

It makes me sad for those parents, I wanted to clear it all up but I know if people want to claim for their headstones and stuff it's all best left untouched.

Go for a run. Sounds odd but if you can force yourself to do it you will feel better. Or just stick your finger up your bum next time you crack one off.

How old are you? Was it a recent thing?

I'm 22 and have had a poo childhood

....but when I met my ex she introduced me to it...and it made me feel real good....kind of pulled away when we recently split up..but have now focused all my efforts on getting better in my mind and spirit...some days are hard...but readng and believing helps me so so so much

Glad to hear it turned it around for you. I'm not remotely religious but can appreciate that it does help some people turn their lives around.
