Dreadful 1st half. Better 2nd half but begs the question why were we so lacklustre in the opening 45...

Complete lack of effort and belief in the first half lost this one. Brezovan was very shaky and Lopez and Rodriguez completely anonymous. As soon as we had the goal the belief came back but too late.

If we'd have given a fvck about the Cup we could have got through that tie. Frustrating.

Well that was disappointing. We truly went out with a wimper. Why weren't we just pushing everyone forward in the last five mins? Why was Brez trying to pass the ball out when we desperately needed to get it down the other end? Unbelievable.

Least we came back fighting, just a shame Brezovan had already done the damage in the first half.

I don't get the lack of urgency when we are a goal down with a minute left in a cup tie though. Very strange. I would've had Brezovan up for that 90th min corner.

Fair result & thankfully loads better from The Albion second half. Well done to the gallant 300 who travelled tonight. Brilliant support.

Enjoy the rest of your evening folks & UTA.

Oscar's biggest mistake - playing Brezovan.

No, his biggest mistake was not playing a stronger side in the first match. We were completely capable of beating them at the Amex, should have just gone for it.

Ultimately decided by an offside goal
Exactly. We weren't playing a full strength side, and weren't too bad. Of course we could have played a stronger side, but if the policy is to give other players a chance in cup games, it's somewhat unfair to take that chance away from them if they get us through a few rounds.

What might have been if we'd played the first half as we played the second and got a shade of luck.

Ah well, c'est la vie.
