What they need is someone who loves the city, internationally respected and available - step forward Phil 'The Power' Taylor.

Worthing
What seems to happen is a team has a few good years in the top flight before the fans and powers that be decide they can suddenly become the northern European version of Barcelona. Team then go crashing towards the Championship before club panics and gets in a firefighter manager and the cycle starts again.

Good shout.

Looks like he could tear paint off the walls if they were losing. He's never been used to that. Good timing as well now he's hung up his darts.

Personally I'd go for Eddie 'The Beast' Hall, also local and just retired. Definitely a man who can handle the weight of expectation.

Stoke is a shit hole

A few summers back I was watching the finish of a stage of the tour of Britain (or whatever it's called).

The month before Le Tour was all chateau, fields of sunflowers, vineyards and elegant people indulging in epicurean delights.

The stage that finished in Stoke was Cash Converters, bookies, boarded up pubs and a street drinker with prison tats, a pencil lead roll up to match eating a happy shopper sausage roll.

It's a khazi.

They have 5 players.

Jese (Real Madrid), Darren Fletcher (Manchester United), Bojan Krkic (Barcelona), Xherdan Shaqiri (Bayern Munich) and Ibrahim Afellay (Barcelona)

I wonder what the average weekly wage is of those 5 players.

Pretty sure Jese has never appeared in a CL final, Fletcher was an unused sub, as was Kric and Shaqiri. Afelleay did play in the CL final, he came on in the 90th minute.

Stat's eh?

Shirley if they were in the squad or played in earlier rounds, then winners they are, especially if they have medals indicating such?
