Saw the forked lightning in Newhaven & heard the thunder about 20 seconds later, but no rain. It's still rumbling around now.

Driving back from the match last night we saw a massive lightning flash split the sky from west to east around Burgess Hill - incredible sight

I just got home to the Heath about 10-55 and saw a flash of light followed by thunder and was little bit surprised as it wasn't in the weather forecast.
However after the game just made it to the coach and the heavens opened at the last dozen on the coach got soaked.
