I'm just amazed that Huddersfield haven't thrashed Man City. They are that good and guaranteed to win every game.

If it goes to a replay will their players fancy a game at the Etihad? Or will they hope to get that next season?

Not the real one
In reality, Huddersfield march relentlessly on with yet another league win against a fellow contender.

Total focus for the PL prize.

Is the other thread no good for you then? They March relentlessly until they lose or drop points. Yes on a good run but we have been on great runs also. Our next two games are huge. Get 3/4 or 6 points from them and we are sitting healthily in the automatic promotion places still. We are currently as much as 5 points ahead of them. But if you go over to the other thread, there's more detail.

^ Exactly we always read the 'No depth' argument from rival fans due to their ignorance, lets not go down that route. Huddersfield have had some luck with last minute winners but they deserve to be where they are, they have beaten everyone in their way recently and play a very nice brand of football, fair play to them.

We were all worried about Leeds 3 weeks ago, now look at them. Hudds have no depth in their squad.

We have weaknesses, but strength in depth is absolutely not one of them. Our second 11 (down to the keeper) were more than a match for a Man City side that included a lot of players that put 5 past Monaco last night.

Wagner is a master of switching the side around and making sure that no one is playing outside of their peak performance zone (in part due to the Master in biology and sports science that he studied for between playing and coaching). This is why we can gegenpress even at this point in the season, with 3 games a week.

Don't come on here making us worry even more, you'll have a bed linen laundry bill on your hands! :wrong:

I'm sure Hudds have plenty of depth in their squad or they wouldn't be where they are two thirds of the way through the season. Even if they hadn't, would that matter? They have momentum and real belief, which counts for a lot if they don't have much poor luck with injuries from here on.

They are real contenders, as most of us here seem to realise. We have got to show steel to hold off the challenge.

Beat Reading and the Bar Codes in the next week, and Town beat the Bar Codes too, then it could be a blue and white celebration for promotion. I'd love it if they went up, so long as we do too.
