To be fair, he has just spent the best part of £100 Million on a new stadium, and the transfer window has been open not even a week.
Huddersfield have a lot more money than us anyway. No-one in League One can compete.
Why is it weird that Lee Hughes is speaking to Notts County?

Why must we have more money than Huddersfield?
We have funding for a new stadium - a lot of it. That impinges on squad funding so this year's playing budget (reportedly) is the same as last year - good but not the best in this league by a long way. The clubs coming down plus terriers, dons, swindon, leeds.....all have more to spend than us.

And Hughes? The wierdest thing is that the fans of any club would want him but he will score a few goals still at lower league level so not so strange that county want him

because he is a striker who should be playing in the championship , so what about his background but hes scoring record is to good for league two
