The fact it's reaching millions of folk shows what a good stunt they have pulled off. It is so obviously fake.

The instantly recognisable green logo of the main sponsor is proudly emblazoned across the chest of the shirts in a new twist for the kit; a diagonal strip ranging from the shoulder down to the hip.

This is from the club statement, I see no green logo across the chest.

Reaching millions of folks is obviously considered A Good Thing by marketing types. Paddy Power and Go Compare advertising strategists must be feeling pretty good about themselves. Meanwhile, millions of folks resolutely change channels or decide to stick with their existing bookies whenever the ads appear. Oh well.

Don’t think it’s fake. Personally I don’t mind it.

A shame what the sponsor is but I don’t mind the idea. Better than a lot of other kits.

This kit clearly breaches Section C of that ruling.in the FA Handbook. So I would assume that they will not allow itas it would open the gates to any kit being used and advertised.

You're aware they still operate under FA regulations right, as do all leagues right down to grass roots?

Obviously not. Thats why I asked the question.

I assume that the rules only apply to kits that will be worn on by the players on the field of play?
