I think what I like the most is that he is always quick to praise the players. He goes to great pains to make his point that it comes from them on the pitch. Almost the opposite of the egomaniacs we are use to making it all about themselves. Yes, I am in love. 
Man City has done it for me. Until then I was not 100% convinced that this season would go the right way, but that's twice in four games he's made the changes to turn around games we didn't look likely to win. Granted, one was only Spurs, but they were actually two up. Then to dominate City after making the right change (Ayari for Baleba obvs, but O Riley was a risky move) shows courage and no little intelligence.
The Wolves capitulation was more on the players than him, and Liverpool are Liverpool, so no shame there)
FH is going to be a far better manager than RDZ, who was breathtaking for one season but was temperamental and in the end couldn't stop us conceding loads of goals once his methods were found out. I reckon this guy will be excellent for a few seasons tbh

Agree totally. The thing which impresses me is his quote after the Liverpool loss. Saying that he doesn't want us to be little ol Brighton and we can compete with the establishment is a big confidence boost to the players as well. Work hard and you can be up there with the Liverpool's City's and Arsenal's irrespective of their size!
The last 4 games it feels in like we are starting to really see the new identity of what he is all about for good periods of matches. The intensity and high press is fantastic at times and we are moving the ball forward with speed that’s really hurting other teams. Next we just need to start putting away the bottom half teams.
In fairness, we've not been far off the biggest clubs in the land for three years now, but he seems keen to have us competing at that next level. And you know, we might just have the squad to do it now. We've got a quality squad now. We could pick a second XI that would give a game to 10 first teams in the Premier League.

Again, agree. We had Potter saying about history lesson and Roberto admittedly taking us to a new level but he would still say "we are Brighton and can't match the quality of the big 3" last season. Now we have Fab who says we can match the top teams.
After last year the De Zerbi it feels quite nice to have someone just quietly going about their business.
We're still a bit of an odd thing. Tactics wise. Look great in moments and shaky in other moments but he's a young manager with a young newish squad and I'm very happy with the trajectory they are all.on and what looks like great spirit in the camp.
Easy to forget that City were playing well in the first half. Zipping the ball about and a lot of tiring running and covering. Would have been easy to wilt when De Bruyne and co came on, but it suggests something good is happening that they kept going and really nice scenes at the end with all players and management hugging.

was a bit worried after the Chelsea game.
but today, at half time I Wondered what would go on. I actually said to my bro I think he should bring Baleba and Pedro on. I wouldn't normally consider myself any good at that sort of thing, but…….
he can change things, has a plan B, and probably C as well.
glad the Ipswich bloke decided to stay put!

I love his calmness and honesty. When he says we will learn as a team and himself as a coach he means it. We could see today for instance improved game management late in the game even with loads of added time

Must admit I am struggling.They've had a great start but we are favourites to finish above them and should have won that game at home.
Ipswich? It is surprising how our points have come from the tougher games.
Ipswich is the one and only game. Wolves was a brain fart that simply won't happen again this season. We were two up with two minutes to play, it was job done.
Reading up the table, we basically beat Wolves yet didn't, we crushed Everton (eventually), beat Man Utd, beat Newcastle.
Forest are in the top 6 on merit so they don't count.
