How will you travel to and from Falmer?

The Open House, 200 yards from home. Eleventy pints of heavy, jump on the train at London Road Station next door to the pub, cheer the super Seagulls to victory, train home. And fall asleep, in a blissful alcoholic stupor.

Marvellous.

Is this a trick question?

Are you one of the Falmer NIMBYs in disguise, conducting a secret survey to prove their point that we will all drive, park on their grass verges, piss in their gardens and scratch their BMWs?

I will be walking of course officer, and drinking only water or orange juice.

Good choice Large One, i expect a lot of people will be drinking there pre match, even if they can't pour a pint of lager to save their lives and its always flat but there you go....

Probably drive as not far from me (live in Peacehaven, cut across at Rottingdean). Or get a bus!

Not sure what pub though...any ideas? Woodingdean is probably the place!
The intended route from Peacehaven is via Freshfield Road to the Park and Ride at Brighton Racecourse.

Drink at the stadium.

Coming from Billingshurst, it's likely to be drive and park near the ground (if it's available and affordable!) or park and ride from somewhere accessible (I guess it will still be Mill Lane).

Border country.East Preston.
I'll get pissed then score crack, then slump in the doorway of a local resident with a needle in my arm before completely smashing up the area and burning the university to the ground.most saturdays.

just a thought, open a pub called the NSC somewhere close to the ground!:lolol:

I hear there's some crummy old boozer in Falmer village which will be looking for a new owner if the ground gets the go ahead...

In my computer
I shall walk with my swag on my back, paying careful attention not to ruin native flora or fauna - carrying my own preprepared food and drink in recylable containers of which I shall take home with my after they are consumed - PUB you say?? what pub - don't frequent the things.... ;)

Horsham Town
Train from Horsham to Brighton, beers in town and train to falmer just before kick off. Altohugh that is dangrously relying on being sober enought o get on the right train and also the trians running to plan so if theres bars at the ground that might be a better option.
