There were 89 conditions, set out on 17 pages of A4, attached to the previous planning permission that John Prescott gave.

I wouldn't expect there to be fewer this time around.


Major? They included things like:-

The Stadium shall not be brought into use unless and until the new
traffic signal controlled junction (including A27/A270 eastbound flyover)
at the access to Falmer High School and Stanmer Park has been laid
out, constructed and provided to the satisfaction of the Local Planning
Authority and the Highways Agency.
