Even if he didn't see the Elphick incident, despite the fact it would have been quite close to him, he would have heard it! Awful challenge.

Elphick went up for the header, and got a massive shove in the back from Fletcher, causing his arm to go up. It was a yard outside the box, and it was unclear whether it was his hand, or Fetcher's that it actually touched. Absolutely ridiculous decision.

And on the subject of questionable penalties, I still think the worst one I saw was away at Southampton when the challenge from Dunk was clearly nowhere near the box!
