How on earth do you cancel Seagulls Word?

Want to cancel after my free month, I go into 'My Account' and there is no button to cancel nor any link to get in touch with them.

According to the bumpf they will charge my card at the end of my free month and I don't want this.

Anyone got any bright ideas? or an email / phone number ?

nope, the direct debit guarantee, guarantees you can cancel at any time without penalty.

credit card mandate is a diffrent thing as the card company acts as a 3rd party billing agent and you cannot cancel subscriprions with them

I called my credit card company the other week and they had no contact number for FLMP or whatever they are called, he advised to raise a dispute (cliaming you had not agreed) or cancel the DD.

I could not find any website or customer service number for them, a company that wants to remain hard to contact.

now cancelled it and authorised a refund of your payment. This may

I emailed them on the 27th to stop the free trial, as advised. I was then told i should of given 10 days notice [note the free period was for 2-3 weeks?] after showing the page that says to email before the 27th I have heard nothing since. If a single penny comes out of my bank account, i'll see my bank on em!!

Got the same email - I never even asked to have it in the first place! First I knew was when I got the above email.
