I actually suffer from chronic insomnia and can sometimes go several days with no sleep at all. My record to date is nine days but when I get a bout of it it's usually five days or so. When I am sleeping nornally it's never more than six hours.

Lay of the fast food and eat more fruit and veg and less carbohydrates would help with that.

Well there you. misinformed as usual. I just don't eat fast food and I would hazard a guess that I have far healthier diet than you do. I don't smoke or even drink. You assume to much.

The film , The Machinist ( which is one of the best films of the last 10 years ) the character has not slept for a year.

I don't believe its possible to die from lack of sleep.

And you wonder why I sometimes get grumpy :lolol:

Seriously though it makes your balance go and you wind up staggering around like a drunk which is rather annoyning as I don't drink !
