Not in form is an under statement..If he cant sort out this jekyl and hyde syle rubbish the youngsters are dishing up.we are losing and losing with some of the worst performances I have seen in years..Just because we have youngsters does not mean they have to play...hart wouldnt have started at all if whing was at the club...right mid is harty's place and one player (legend who gives 110% for last 6 years) who should bre 1st on teamsheet.

Wilkins is inept and you can keep ignoring the fact all you want..kuipers should play and try to keep the side as is for more than 45 mins would be nice...relegation battle it is..

Wilkins is a young manager who's learning on the job. He is making mistakes but to talk about him going now is silly. IF he loses the next 6 games and we free fall into the relegation zone then DK might have to do something but that is not going to happen. I predict 2 or 3 new faces arriving - perhaps as loans - and the results will start to pick up. We will finish mid-table and Wilkins will sign a longer contract in the summer.

Agree about Kuipers - he must play at West Ham. I think Wilkins should stick with Lynch at centre back alongside Butters if Hinsh is injured. Lynch is a good player and needs to be given the backing and confidence that a run in the team would provide. But players playing in other positions is hardly a new thing is it? McGhee did that and had to do that a lot of the time. That's the reality when you have a tiny squad and next to no money.

Are you really saying El Abd's move to midfield hasn't been a success? I think it's been one of the best things Wilkins has done.

Hart - defender or midfielder or striker? He's a versatile squad player who can plug gaps. No diffferent to when he played under McGhee.
Robinson - He's better as a winger and I think we're finding this out now.
Revell is a striker. He's played out wide but always pushed up, not as a midfielder.
Gatting - scored 2 goals in 2 games. Our only striker in form. So you'd have left him out at b'mouth then?
Fraser - has played well but needs a rest now.

This young group of players is the best bunch of youngsters we've ever produced. Ok, they've not played well for 2 or 3 games but they need our encouragement, not to be slagged off.
We'll be ok.
