How much is Glenn Murray worth?

I have worked out Glenn Murray is worth £910,000 based on the £300,000 we paid for him plus 10 single goals at £25000 per goal (£250,000), 3 doubles at 35,000 per goal (£210,000)and one hatrick at 50,000 per goal(£150,000) = £910,000. How much do you think he is worth?

I will be seriously pissed off IF we sell him that we don't get a least a million. As long as he doesn't want away I hope the board put at LEAST that as the minimum we'd sell for. It took 4 to 5 years to replace Zamora and it could well take another 4 to replace Murray working on how few really good quality forwards this club has had over the last 20 years.

Whatever we get for him wouldn't be used to replace him anyway.

Maynard is still only 21. I think clubs wouldn't risk that kind of fee on Murray because of his lack of pace.

regardless of how much he is worth, do you think adams and knight would consider a january / end of season sale, say for 750k? Surely this would signal a complete lack of ambition and would be 1 step forward, two steps back. I bet scouts are keeping tabs on glenn though, given his goal scoring and goal creating skills in a mid table league one club!
