I don't need formal office wear, as I work for myself, so no money is spent there.

In the low £100's at most on: nice trainers, winter sports clothing and jeans/casualwear tops.

A friend of mine was surprised when I said that in the last 5 years I had certainly spent less than £500 on clothes. Is that strange? How much do you spend per year?

On a related topic, im late 50s, I have never bought a pair of underpant.
Before i was married, my Mum bought them for me, after marriage, Mrs LLF buys them for Birthdays, Christmas, etc.

That's grim. I would never let anyone buy me pants.

Bought a couple of button badges this year- do these come under the accessory department? My girlfriend gets a lot of stuff for me but I do buy the odd thing. Got a large amount of band t-shirts. Like HT am similar age but being slim build can get away with what some people would consider younger people’s clothes.
