Standing on the running track towards the end of a game at Withers, the ball goes out of play and is heading high straight towards me. I whip off my baseball cap, head the ball back towards the pitch, and pop my cap back on to much mirth

Once at the Withdean. Was a testimonial match v Reading (For Kerry Mayo?) ball was flying towards me so stand up to give a good header back to the playing field. Unfortunately I mis timed and it hit me full on in the face, to the amusement of all around me.
