I have now got all the details regarding my three implants. As I previously mentioned the upper implant involves a 'sinus lift' where they will contstruct a thicker jaw bone which will hold the implant....this will be made from a mix of my own bone from the hole they drill plus some bone they scrape off.....mixed with synthetic bone. This looks grim...anyone had this done?
