I have always sat in the same seat in the North Stand except once :D That was also in the North but it felt really weird......... and we got beaten by arsenal

I've sat in every stand, bar the 1901 bits. The NW corner and the seats by the dug outs are my favourite. One of the advantages of not having a season ticket.

Shoreham
East Lower, centre right (block D/C, season ticket)
West Lower, centre left
North stand, centre left, towards the back
North Stand, front left

Really want to try East and West Upper. Not bothered about the South or Corners.

Burgess Hill
North stand front and back, both sides and middle
West Stand lower front and back, both ends and middle (next to press)
West Stand upper (bloody stairs) middle of the stand vertically but at both ends
1901 Front row behind away dug-out
East Stand Lower front and back but only middle and South end
East Stand upper middle vertically right next to entrance C, my ST for this year and next.
South Stand I have never been in but very close a few seats away in the lower west

Same seat in East Lower since day 1 except for one try out in my new West Lower seat and once in the North.

Didn't like the view from the North.

The dull part of the south coast
Season ticket in the West Stand Upper - up in the gods, because we are the gods.

Came down and joined you mere mortals in the East Upper for the Forest game last season. Had to endure horizontal rain all afternoon. I am now safely back in my heavenly surroundings.

West 1901, East, South East, South West, West lower and North West Corner (STH).

Worst seats were SE corner. Having to listen to away fans singing "we can see you holding hands" or "Does your boyfriend know you're here" for 2 hours in a stand with very little atmosphere anyway does get a little jarring which is why I ended up at the opposite end of the ground in the NW Corner.

The few times I've blagged tickets for the 1901 were good for the bar and lack of queues but I'd rather pay a lot less for a season ticket and not have to sit with so many estate agents.

I've come back home.
WSU - STH
WSL - 2013 Friendly
North - Cup game (over rated)
ESL - Ticket swap with a friend and 2013 Friendly

I am most fond of the WSU, although its nice to get a feel for the rest of the stadium i like the view in the WSU as i think it gives the best perspective. A few rows nearer the front would be good...my eyes arn't what they were.
