And the people who constantly moan about people who moan they didn't get a ticket? Let's get real, this type of moaning outnumbers the other type by about 10 to one on NSC at the moment, it seems the trendy thing.

And what about the people that moan about those who moan about the moaners, ;)

I hope you are not suggesting another West Ham thread :jester:

Interestingly, to me anyway, is that according to this poll nearly 50% of those at WHU won't be season ticket holders
Stands to reason, STH's have priority on half the allocation, so around 2500. We have something like 4000 STH's I believe??

Not quite true is it though? How many threads are about unfair WH ticket allocation and how many are about complaining about the moaners? How many threads have been diverted from a good discussion to one about how unfair ticket allocation is?

Bravo, ingeniously phrased so as not to be a moan :drink: The cycle of abuse stops here!

If there's 5,000 tickets, half going to STH and half to AMS, which was the criterea set up after the Spurs game, then obviously the first 2,500 STH and the first 2,500 AMS to apply will get tickets, with first priority to Milwall stubs. We all knew the rules from the start.

Stands to reason that if there's say 4,000 STHs, 1,500 are gonna miss out. FFS, you can't all go, there ain't enough tickets and some of you were too slow.

I didn't get chance to apply for my ticket on the first day, so I didn't bother, I guessed it would be a waste of time. It's my fault, tough, who cares? I shall go and watch the Bournemouth game instead with the real fans!!

Yours truly. Will be in the Dr Martens Upper for this game. At least the club still gets 50% of the £20 I paid for my ticket, which I got with no difficulty whatever. I will not join the debate on the way the club has allocated tickets as such, though I seem to remember as a season ticket holder I had no trouble getting a ticket for Liverpool back in 1991 when we filled our allocation, or Manchester United, when I was not a STH. What I don't get is this nonsense about not giving us the extra 2000 tickets, which will presumably now be unsold, with empty blocks at either side of the BHA fans. This does not happen in the Premiership, where West Ham fans are only segregated from the away fans by a weedy fence, usually without trouble. Why do BHA fans pose any more risk? Edna Krabappel, do you have any ideas? With the amount of control exercised over who gets the tickets, surely a higher number of BHA fans should not have given the Metropolitan Police much extra trouble?

This means both BHA and West Ham lose out on revenue - does their goonhead of a Safety Officer not realise this and that his salary is paid out of revenue earned? The same happened at Southampton; we wanted 4800 tickets, while Hampshire Police would only let us have 3200. Southampton did not sell out. It also galls me that the Police have any influence in who plays who when and how many tickets are issued. We will never play Palace again on Boxing Day, for example. You had the nonsense of Portsmouth playing West Ham while Reading played Chelsea, when to have travelled to Reading would have been far easier for them. Chelsea should have played Fulham. We even went to Leicester one year.

I'm a S/T holder, my missus ain't. 3 of my kids are S/T, 2 ain't.
I've got 7 West Ham Tickets - no probs. What's all this moaning about? Put my application in at 06:20 on the Tuesday morning.

I'm just going to be surrounded by 'Appy Ammers' rather than fellow Albion fans. I was too busy to get my application in on the Monday, as I would have had to go and stand outside St James Park Post Office when I should have been working. Not too popular with my boss. Oh well, next time.

3 s/t holders didn't get tickets. My fault as applied to slowly. Then again, s/t holders should have been given a week to apply before the others without Stubs etc.
Perhaps I will wake up for the 4th Round!

But not all of us live in Brighton.
