The FA have nothing to do with this.

The FL do and can, but unfortunately for them they haven't changed the rule book from this time last year.

Sorry meant FL not FA.

So your whole case rests on the fact the FL have not updated thier rulebook to include a ruling to ensure other clubs who do this are punished the same?

Just out of interest Starry Which option did you vote for?

i haven't voted.

we might not find out by the 19th by the way, the fl are no considering a request from millwall that the 'verdict' is not made public until after this weekends game in case we go down there and cause bother.

What does your head honestly say ?

And that would not be fair to any team in the league to withold the decision!

Especially the teams it will affect Milwall not being one of them

so part time, i'm in bed with ken bates apparently ;)

steward433- i think we will know the verdict before the weekend because as you say it is not far to us or other teams in and around the play off/auto spots to hold it back another week.

and the verdict? i don't know. i think 15 points back is the 'lawful' decision.

If the FL give you the points back it WILL cause carnage and i think the arbitration panel will have that on their minds.

I hope you don't get them back not in a nasty way but Just to see Ken Bates face after the decision :lolol:

Let's face it, it WILL kick off at Millwall regardless. I shall be staying away from LB station that day!

just because it might cause carnage (and i don't think it will - not in reality) that doesn't mean the arbitration can make it a lawful decision to appease the other teams.

as for saturday, we'll see if right said fred turn up again to take the buses apart. how scary.

Has to be 0 or 15. The points deduction should stand or be ruled out of order completely.

If it's 15 then the FL lose all credibility and somebody else should move in to take charge. In fact, somebody else should take charge regardless of the outcome.

I believe tht the FL should seek further legal advice and open the meeting and then adjourn it until after end of May, by which time it is too late to alter the play offs and then if points are to be gven back given them for next season. It is un fair to deprive a club tht has fought to get into the play offs this season.

I agree entirely with your last sentence. However I just can't see them being given a head start to next season. That would be totally unfair to all the other clubs in whichever division Leeds find themselves next season.

Agreed , give Leeds the points back for next season but at the same time the FL should withdraw the golden share. That way Leeds get their points back which is what they wanted and the FL get their act together and tell Leeds to start again at the base of the non league pyramid.
FL reply to Leeds after the play off final in May has been played = :bigwave:
