I reckon 7 points from 9 and we will end the season in 6th place. (72 points)

I think Liverpool have proved its not about points, its about holding your nerve. Do that and the points take care of themselves.

Posted this over the other way..Here's the run in and points required in the past...

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So here's a revised RUN IN - with fixtures left >>
Are Blackburn, Bournemouth now out of it.
Is it just Albion, Reading or Ipswich ?

Could be a pretty low points total this year. Albion can no longer beat their points total from 2012/13. Max points now is 74 if they win their last 3.

Lowest points Totals needed since 1992
68 points (Leicester 2013 on GD)
70 points (Watford 2008, Blackpool 2010)
71 points (Derby 1994, leicester 96, Palace 97)

Albion p43 - 65 ( GD +12)
-----------
Blackpool (H)
Yeovil (H)
Nottm Forest (A)

Reading p43 - 64 (+10)
---------
Middlesborough (H)
Doncaster (A)
Burnley (H)

Ipswich p42 64 (+8)
--------
Watford (A)
Bournemouth (H)
Burnley (A)
Sheff Wed (H)

Bournemouth p43 62 (-1)
-------------
Ipswich (A)
Nottm Forest (H)
Millwall (A)

-----------------------
Watford p41 57 (still technically in it especially if they win tomorrow but probably not)
--------
Ipswich (H)
QPR (A)
Derby (A)
Charlton (A)
Huddersfield (H)

Less than you think.
2 home wins & we'll be there
The worse Burnley do NOW 0-0 HT & against Wigan & the better Derby later & QPR tomoz do to keep Burnley on their toes for Auto the better so B need results against tractors & reading

Typically Burnley lead within a minute of my posting...

Just forget it the play offs for FFS as we'll not make them. The team are a bunch of shitters. Every time it's handed to us on the plate to make progress we stutter to a holt.

We have/had the easiest run in and still **** it up. Let's forget the play offs and concentrate on next season. The players/management will look at Blackpool, Yeouvil and think, easy, 6 pts.

This season is over.

Had us needing 3wins and 2draws b4 charlton. 1win and 1 draw later= 2wins and a draw needed to get 6th over ipswich by a point. We'll most prob have better GD than them too so 6points will probably do it. Good point today.

I also think its a 2 horse race now imho between us and ipswich!

Ipswich run in looks quite tough. We really could have helped ourselves with three points today. Can't work out if wer're bottlers, over defensive or just inconsistent. Won't be long until we know the answer.

Don't want to go to Forest needing something, it's not fair.

I think 69 points will be enough but we'll need a hat-full of goals against Blackpool to nudge others out on goal difference.
Yeovil look like they'll potentially still have something to play for if they get a win against Huddersfield on Monday, and I believe that could be our hardest game out of the three.
I think we'll beat Blackpool, lose to Yeovil and get a nervy draw at Forest to give us a chance of the play-offs
