I think I have nearly double figures and not people I have fallen out with.

We used to have a problem with people making up bullshit stories. The thing with ignore was you usually ended up reading what people wrote anyway, but it was useful to know someone had a history of making up crap, so as not to waste time digging around to check out their latest tall tale. No one on my ignore list is still posting and we don't seem to have a fantatasist faction on here any more., at least not when applied to football rumours anyway.

There's always people I can learn things from even if I might happen to disagree with them on a particular point.

One of the issues with talking online is that we often forget there's a person behind the screen. When it gets personal, it's more than a shame.

There's far more that unites us on here as Albion fans than any differences we might have.

My guess would be, and I'm no psychology expert, that those holding the larger lists on ignore might be the least tolerant and closed of mind.

There is a very good reason to put people on ignore which is to remove repetitive political/cultural war threads.
