I don’t mind smart arses at all, in fact I am often rather impressed by them - I like clever people.
I first realised my sight was changing when I had to buy a pair of those cheap reading glasses so I could continue reading Private Eye. Then I started wearing them to read books, then reports at work, and so it goes on.........(that's a different pair to the ones I need to drive / watch telly with of course)!Pfui.
