Gods country fortnightly
we (norwich) sold out ages ago

you don't need the points and hughton owes us for his tenure so hopefully 3 points for us

If you'd stuck with CH you might have stayed up lets face it you weren't in the relegation zone when he left. Instead with tough games remaining against top opposition, there was wild panic and a rookie and ex radio pundit was put in charge.

3000 Norwich fans coming, all related to each other. The away end is going to be renamed ' The Family Stand ' just for this match.

Exactly. We were heading straight for League One when he arrived and he's brought a pragmatic approach that has seen us get good results at home, much as he did with Birmingham who only lost one home league game all season in his playoff season. Meanwhile, at what stage did you imagine Norwich would have been challenging for the Champions League places?

not about challenging for champs league places, just not being utterly dire away from home. and i've read identical things about brighton's style on the road as it was with norwich

eg plays for 0-0, go a goal down and it's game over, awful subs, awful tactics

yeah we were 17th having taken 32 points from 33 games with a game at fulham to come when he was sacked far too late in the day. our previous 6 away games were defeats at everton, cardiff, west ham, villa, saints and swansea. would you have wanted him in charge of your team for that when the final 4 games were liverpool, man u, chelsea and arsenal? 4 teams who had beaten us each time earlier in the season. sunderland were 7 points adrift of us and bottom with 2 games in hand and finished 5 ahead. with the awful GD we'd have needed 6 more points to finish above them. please tell me where all these points were coming from...

i agree it was a terrible decision to sack him when he was because it was far too late with the run in we had. the wild panic should have happened at xmas but the board were happy while so many other teams were performing terribly too and keeping us out of the bottom 3. unfortunately it didn't last, and just as bad we gave the rookie the job full time to get us back up! :ffsparr:
