Well the TV is on but that amount I actually watch is greatly reduced.

I am usually on my laptop, looking up now and again when something grabs my interest.

Only watch the Albion (no brainer), decent wildlife, any saved box set that we've accumulated.
At work, hardly ever as never any time.

PS. - for those that would point it out I am entirely aware of the irony that having taken leave of the TV I am no less reliant on my phone and the internet.
It worries me not at all.
I am a modern man equally at peace with my successes and my shortcomings.

I do intend on watching TV most evenings, but sometimes I get reading lots of posts on here instead.

In the week none, weekends maybe the odd football game.
But i will put a DVD on on the garage/workshop where i spend most evenings.
