Not too bad, could do with being a bit cooler but should bring the crowds out. I can't wait, raring to go although legs feel a little weird with a week of tapering. Looking for something around 3.30...cmon !!!

No. Always run with them before but never been asked not to wear them. Good manners cost nothing. Also think the crowds/atmosphere will help me round. Hoping for around 4:30 ish.

Please do not run with an iPod. It Is considered the height of rudeness during a race & you will undoubtedly get pushed or shoved over as you will not hear other runners asking you to move. For one day only leave the ruddy thing at home
