Ian Wright scored in that game - maybe you inspired him to join the lads and have a kick around in the second half.

Perhaps my memory is playing havoc with me. I think that I may have mixed up a couple of games because I remember Wright and Rocastle being there watching as Ian Wright had left Palace for Arsenal. I thought that it was Mark Bright who scored in the game with the penalties but I may well be wrong.

All since 1983, except 5-0.

So it was your fault because you weren't there?
I hope you are there on Tuesday.

Hey Pasty is Mrs Pasty going?

Wish I could remember !!!!

I do recall a game in 84 ( I think) standing in the North Stand watching the fighting that was going on.

Fighting started before the game and I failed to realise the game had been playing 10 minutes before I realised they had kicked off because I was to busy watching both sets of fans kicking the living daylights out of each other.

Must have been 16 then. Fun days:clap:

Are you serious Yorkie?

My first was in 1979 at home, a 3-0 win, been to all home ones since.

Away, the first was the 3-0 win in 1981, the Gerry Ryan match, the 5 penalties match and of course the 5-0.

Two - both of the games in the 2002/3 season. All of the others were before my time.

Same as! Remember being so excited before the away leg last time, thinking this would be the game that would turn our season around and feeling like I could cry on the coach home.

I would have been to a few at the Goldstone but too far back (and I was very young) to remember. I would have seen the Ward game I'm sure.

I do remember being at Selhurst and advoiding lumps of concrete being thrown.

Was that the game the Ryan had his leg broken ?
