If he was intoxicated at 19.54 on a Monday (when he posted on ATC) then he's got more serious problems to deal with than an NSC ban.

The reason why I didn't PM him is that I have better things to do with my life.

If you post rubbish on ATC you get a ban, end of story. We don't have many rules on NSC.

Also having seen some of his other posts he can hardly be surprised to get a red card.
