I leave home at 6.30, start work at 9.15, finish at 5:45, and arrive home at 8.30. When I can be arsed I also do a bit of work on the train!

In the office for 8.15 - 8.30am. Rarely leave before 7pm.

No complaints though - it's a business I co-own and he works just as long/hard so we're lining our own pockets rather than someone else's!

I work 9-6, get home and work 7.30-11.30.

So that's 12 hours, plus 2 hours commute means I'm away from the house for 14 hours a day :(

Get home at 9.30pm on a good day.

With overtime i will get home at 11.30pm. That can be a little rubbish.

I'm a manager and work from home, kind of expected to do 9-5.30ish, but somedays I'll still be there at 7pm, others I'll leave early (maybe for a Tuesday night match in London, say!)

Lunches, I normally go to the gym, so get about an hour, by the time I get there, do a good work out, get back, showered.

Suits me, but I have a good understanding with the board, who know I pull my weight when needed
