7 hours at club shop yesterday..............................
A poor older man behind me in the queue waited 4 hours before passing out.
An ambulance was called and they tried (and in the end succeeded) to cart him off..............he did put up a good fight before being persuaded to get in the ambulance.................hope he got/gets his tickets.

5 hours at Withdean. Was actually quite a laugh and made a few new freinds who hopefully should see again on Sunday. Lots of reminiscing about past glories etc.

I'm not complaining about the queues, I think in the circumstances and with the facilities available, the club did reasonably well. It's great to see so much interest in the club, long may it continue.

8 and a half hours at the club shop. Which I guess makes me a prize mug, but it was worth it in the end.

At least I met a few new people and had something of a laugh.

Particularly when some tourist on Queens Road asked what we were all queuing for and a guy in front told her "Justin Timberlake, love". She was all set to join the back of the queue until she noticed everyone else sniggering.

Am I the "longest wait" winner so far?

I waited an hour and a half at Withdean from 3.30pm. By the time I got to the front of the queue it had evaporated!

Got to Withdean at about 12 and had tickets by 4 on saturday. Entertaining few hours, couple of beers and chat. Time seemed to fly past.

My mates were in the queue at the Shop for about 7 and a half hours. I was with them for 4 of those but had to leg it to go to a friends birthday do' in Eastbourne, so they then got my ticket for me:bowdown:

Hadnt prepared for such a long wait at all- my friend was expecting me in Eastbourne for about 2pm! Finally got there about 7.30- still two hours before my mates could get a hold of the tickets. ???

What time did you arrive Edna?

I think about half 10. Got my tickets about 7pm, or thereabouts.

The biggest joy was getting out of that crap filled alley that calls itself Zion Gardens. That was after about 6 hours.

A few blokes started singing "we're round the corner, we're round the corner, you're not! You're not!"

:lolol:
