A solid 8 for me.

As has been mentioned, I don't like the use of the word "flounce" in the flounce itself, but top marks for the way it seemed to suddenly explode out of nothing at all, and unearthed an old grudge about a posting from when Bloom took-over. That was a nice touch to a flounce.
